Emma the host was very welcoming.Spacious room with comfortable beds. Location was perfect as close to an event I was attending. In a quiet residential location close to the main street. There was a small fridge, kettle and choice of tea and biscuits.

The location is excellent 100 mt to the shore. The property, rooms, the bar and restaurant are awesome and the breakfast is to die for. Apart from all the positive attributes, I was amazed at their problem solving skills. For some glitch in the booking system my room rez for 2 nights was cancelled 4 days before the trip in booking.com. And we were going for a wedding so cant change the dates. I reached out to the hotel and they were fully booked for the weekend; however they worked some magic. We ended up staying in two different upgraded rooms in two nights and the rooms were fantastic. We are so thankful to everyone for this and hope to visit again soon.

Great place to visit. Nice cafes pubs and restaurants. Shoreham is on the river Adur which is pretty. There is a foot bridge across. The houseboats along the river are interesting and make for a lovely stroll along. You can also walk onto Shoreham beach which is nice. We saw a concert at the Ropetackle Arts centre - an excellent venue.

The is a good beach board walk which is refreshing.

The is a good beach board walk which is refreshing. Lanching Collage is nearby and the church is a wonderful visit. Shoreham has a good selection of coffee shops and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the Indian Cottage Restaurant and La Patisserie.

Lovely , fairly quiet location with excellent access to...

Lovely , fairly quiet location with excellent access to Brighton, Worthing and further along coast and inland. Coastal path was good and easy to use. Shoreham a lovely town - except for the seagulls! Plenty of eateries at all times of day and evening. Lots of local information available and also locals very obliging re walking routesand access to the town re footbridge across estuary. Buses did run to time - it was Easter.

It’s a lovely seaside town.

It’s a lovely seaside town. Our friends who live there were having a party. They showed us around and we ate in a local restaurant which was great. It is very close to Brighton and easy to reach by bus

I had a comfortable visit and can clearly see the time you have put into making the stay homely. Brighton is only a 20 minute drive away which is extremely convenient. There were also local shops too in the area. I would recommend this lovely studio and will definitely be staying again.

Everything was explained by staff on arrival, staff were helpful & courteous. Arrived late but & food was still available. Room was clean, tidy & comfortable. The food was excellent quality & good value. My son & I enjoyed our brief visit.

Sadly the café/restaurant closed early because they had more people staying than usual. It's in the middle of nowhere - so great if you're looking for seclusion or crossing the downs, but its 3 miles from the nearest pub or food outlet (if, say, the café was closed when you got there). Great views inland across the downs, and towards the sea. Overall, it's a Youth Hostel - basic but clean, with friendly helpful staff. If you're used to Youth Hostels then this is fine - just don't expect Hotel style luxury.

Jo-anna was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Cabin was indeed very cozy, comfortable and perfect if you need a bed for the night. Very good value for money, especially so during the Goodwood Revival where hotels in a wide circle around Chichester are sold out or ask ridiculous prices.

Emma is a great host, and the location was very convenient for Shoreham Airport. I would recommend Emma and this accommodation to anyone looking for something central and less generic than a hotel. The room is large with good decor and modern finishes.

I forewarned the hotel that I would arrive lat3 and gave them the option to get back to me which they didn’t do. When I arrive it was filly locked up, no lights, no answer. Had to find alternative accommodation lat3 at night!!
