The property was well located for a family event. The hotel was cosy, comfortable and very welcoming. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was excellent and well priced. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is basic and affordable hotel, and but is an extremely pleasant place to stay. It is just off the motorway, is in a quiet neighbourhood, but has great connections with the Wirral and with Chester, being only a 15 minute walk to Hooten Station. The carpark is spacious and right next to the property, and breakfast was affordable yet adequate. The room and bathroom was clean, well equipped and spacious, and perfectly comfortable albeit basic.

The staff were very attentive and met all our needs nothing was a bother. The grounds were perfectly, peaceful and nature friendly. I just wish I saw some wildlife. The evening meals were all made with love. The breakfast was self-service, fresh and lots of it. Not far from Cheshire oaks shopping outlet.

Staff friendly and helpful. Love the hotel it has a real old world quaint feel about it. Modern bathroom with a good shower.Nice bar . Pick a time for breakfast which was continental. We would definitely return .

John Lennon airport is a compact airport without the stress of a huge airport. There is a W. H. Smith and a coffee shop in departures open from 3.15 a.m. for early flights and clearly marked check in desks.

Its attraction is its convenience to the airport and its parking facilities, being part of the multistorey carpark block. I travelled into Liverpool and back on the bus from the airport entrance and had a lovely evening. I also saved at least £40 on Uber fares by using public transport. So, that money was then spent on food and drinks in Mathew Street and The Cavern! Happy days!!

Speke is a delightful neighborhood, easily accessible to the city and Liverpool docks by city bus. Tickets for the bus can be a single trip or a day pass. People in Speke are friendly! This is what I consider “real life” not a tourist area. I would stay again without hesitation.

We stayed here for the purpose of attending a funeral.

We stayed here for the purpose of attending a funeral. It's convientely located for John Lennon Airport and public transport into the city. There are places to eat within walking distance if you don't have a car.

Was charged an exorbitant amount of money for a family room...

Was charged an exorbitant amount of money for a family room of £268. for one night's stay 3adults and 1 child , as we didn't arrive till 3.30 in the morning and flying out again at 12 midday, and now have just seen they are charging £ 154. For the same room. This is a total rip off and will not be using them again no matter how tired we are...premier inn around the corner for us next time...Hampton by hilton be ashamed..

Rooms very nice,breakfast good hash browns cold. Dinner menu needs attention too much bread,pies curry no not when travelling. For the price expected something better for dinner. Price for single person,pensioner high but very convenient for airport and quiet.

The moment you walk in you feel like you're at a home away from home. Richard is a fantastic, friendly host who makes you feel very welcome. Loved our little chat. I stayed there because I had an early morning flight back home from Liverpool airport. It really is close. 5 minutes and you're at check-in. Will definitely book again if visiting the area.

the room was spacious and clean..the host was really friendly, attentive and helpful, easy to communicate with and the location is superb..only mins away from Liverpool airport, you can either walk or catch taxi with reasonable price.
