The most enjoyable and perfect cottage that we have ever stayed in. The hosts were wonderful, the premises were pristine, historic and very comfortable, and the food and drinks were spot on. It was in a quiet village and easy to find and access. Everything was perfect and that is a rarity. We had dinner the night before at their sister hotel and restaurant. It was more lively, which was nice and the food was a nice farm to table experience.

The location is right on the seashore. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant was yummy and the selection of beverages was great. I liked the little touches like a set of binoculars to look at the birds and the tidal pools.

A lovely cottage in a peaceful place.

A lovely cottage in a peaceful place. Lots of walking up the Crag, and I found a beautiful wood so secluded that I didn't see another person for hours. If you're looking for nature, walking, and friendly locals, this is a great place to stay. I had a great time and will definitely return.
