Great location, hidden away in the forest. Big room with great views from the large balcony. Very efficient ferry service from hotel to Flores Island. The staff were all friendly. The airport transfers went very smoothly. The two staff members on reception (Brayam? and Danila?) were both very helpful when we had a problem with a cancelled flight and a lost phone. They also helped us book a good trip to Tikal.

Clean, nice linens, tall bed, outlet by bed, big bathroom, decent shower, air conditioning, shelving and desk, water provided, excellent staff.
