Beautiful and charming historical place in a quiet area with lovely views. The staff was helpful, efficient and kind. The manager was so kind as to include me into their Pongal (Thanksgiving) celebrations which was fabulous!

Beautiful stay with a slice of Kashmir

One of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed at. The staff (Vishnu, Rajid and Assad) were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The complimentary guided walks with Assad and complimentary tea with snacks were all amazing extras that made the stay even more special. The food was delicious and served in the Earl Grey restaurant with an incredible view.

Enjoyed my stay at Windsor Heights. The room was comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff were very helpful throughout my stay.

The Location of the hotel was awesome & the resort & the rooms were luxurious. the cleanliness and the maintenance exceeded our expectations. The staff are so friendly & well mannered. This was the best resort with beyond expectations.

Location was ideal. Proximity to Auto-rickshaw stand, Petrol Pump, and Grocery stores. It was easy for food delivery agents to find the property. Management were very kind and fulfilled all our requests. They went above and beyond to make our short trip memorable. Every room had hot water provided in the morning. Since we were a large group, they specially assigned us a room with 24 hour hot water supply.

Good experience we had .. wonderful sceneries fron the room and while walking to the room.. I came to know they have started one year before this resort.. really good one to stay with our family.. Room was quite big and has a balcony super winter the temperature was 16 at 7pm .. they have the sofa cum bed so it was very comfortable

We have stayed at Byke Sunshine Grand in Ooty from 3rd to 5th May 2024. In short, the experience was wonderful. Let's dive into the detailed review: Location: It is in a strategic location and the Market is in 15 mins walking distance. Normally other resorts with good views were far from city, but Byke is in reach. Service: All the stuffs were polite, helpful and friendly. They were always eager to help you in case of any issues. View: The room we took was with balcony. The views from the room and the balcony were amazing. I mean you can just sit and gaze into the nature from your bed. Rooms: The room was spacious with proper setup and 24 hours hot water. Most of the needed equipments like electric kettle, hair dryer were available. Food: We had only breakfast here, so can comment only for the breakfast buffet. It was promt with both south and north indian Veg menus. Some items were good in taste, some (juice, vegetable curry) can be better. Price: The rate of the rooms are in higher side. Now higher and lower is totally varies on one's perception. What i am mentioning is that, if you do statistical comparison of all the ooty hotels, the price here is definitely above middle line and near to the top. But good thing is ... You get the service what you paid for. Overall: If you want to go ooty and relax, and if you have the budget, don't think twice. Byke provides good hospitality.

Fantastic stay with a View. Wifi speed could be better. Having a coffee from the restaurant with the sunrise view was Bliss !!
