The staff consistently demonstrated a high level of courtesy and attentiveness, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was smooth and enjoyable. The room was absolutely शानदार-immaculately clean, spacious, and designed with great attention to detail. The interiors were modern yet cozy, creating a perfect environment to relax and unwind. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to get a deep, restful sleep each night.

The host was very friendly and helpful. He even picked me and dropped me to the bus stand. The food was also very tasty. I enjoyed every single minute of the stay. There is nothing more i could have asked for seriously. Every single rupee was worth it.

Brook Cottage is a very beautiful, neat and clean place, and deserves the highest rating possible, The hosts of this homestay made our stay very comfortable. The booked Polum room had a beautiful view of the pinewood forest from the comfort of your king size bed, I was upgraded to a premium room Hisalu having prestine scenic view from its terrace. The dining area is neat and clean and decor gives the ultimate rustic cottage feel with stunning views of the Himalayan mountain ranges from its terrace. Local food served was awesome and the staff Hema, Deepak and Preeti were very courteous and helpful.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Grand Gtois / The Tark near Delhi Airport. The hotel listing on Booking.com is completely misleading. The property is advertised with attractive photos and descriptions, but the reality is entirely different. The rooms, food, and facilities shown online do not match what is actually provided. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, with stains everywhere. The AC was malfunctioning and leaking water, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were terrible. The food was another major disappointment. Beautiful buffet pictures are shown online, but in reality, food is prepared in an unhygienic kitchen and the quality is extremely poor. We were served only two puris with curry, which was nowhere close to what was advertised. It felt like false advertising and cheating. To make matters worse, the staff demanded an additional ₹1,000 as a hidden charge, which was not mentioned anywhere in the booking or invoice. This was completely unacceptable and felt like a scam. Misleading photos, poor hygiene, untidy rooms, hidden charges, and terrible service made this one of the worst experiences we have ever had. No one should have to go through this. Please do not trust the pictures or promises shown online. Highly NOT recommended.
