The staff was very polite,courteous and prompt in providing the facilities. The property is new and the rooms very clean and maintained. The biggest point being the location and the view from the rooms.The breakfast was also well exceptional

The best thing about the hotel is the location - it is nestled in a forest and is quiet and "out of the way." The hot tub is by far my favorite place in the hotel. You can sit in the outdoor hot tub with steam coming off the water while looking out over snowy forest and mountain views. It was breathtaking! The pool area is lovely as well, and the staff are incredible....almost too helpful. The breakfast was amazing every day and in such a gorgeous setting as well. There were yoga activities and kids activities during the day, and I enjoyed reading in the quiet lounges along the side of the hotel. I had a wonderful experience traveling around Shimla and Narkana and the surrounding areas - all set up by the helpful hotel concierge/staff. It was a heavenly vacation away from the bustle during Chinese New Year.

The breaakfast spread was very good. The live counter could do better with some clear cut direction signs and live counter menu of the day.
