I missed my BP machine and oxygen monitor in the room. The hotel staff called me immediately and asked my address and send it to my home safely. This hotel staff are very genuine and honest people. In future I will stay in this hotel only.

I liked the hotel and the staff. The staff was very friendly and was always willing to help me with anything I needed such as getting a taxi, etc. The receptionist who was there in the morning and afternoon, was really so kind, respectful, and amazing! The room was clean and comfortable. The water heater worked very well.

We were travelling with family of 14 people. We enjoyed the cleanliness of rooms and amenities they provided inside the room. All were true international standards. We were searching for air dryer and iron box inside the room but couldn't find them. But we spoke the manager while leaving the hotel next day, he said he has them at reception and we could have just called and asked for them. Not a big deal. We told them to leave a note in the room so guest would aware of extra needs. Plus items were: - clean and very spacious rooms - well illuminated - plenty of storage spaces (ideal if you stay here for many days) - hot and cold water in room with shampoo and soap (didn't find conditioner though) - comfortable bed (but was spring based. it couldn't have been better) - common area/balcony kind of area with tables/chair - very close to shops/restaurants/transportations. We ordered pizzas over app around 9:30pm and it was delivered in 30 mins. - courteous staffs. Excellent experience overall. We would choose this place again if we are staying in pollachi.

Really a pleasant experience staying at the resort with family...The service was very good and our stay was so relaxing.The resort is so hygienic, clean and efficient. It has elegant, spacious bedrooms, each with comfortable seating areas, a television, air conditioning, a room safe, and a large desk, all designed to enjoy a perfect rest. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and helped every guests with a smile...The facilities, amenities, dining, parking everything was excellent. Overall i have experienced a very good and comfortable stay over there.. You people without any doubt had created trust with your exceptional service...
