Dear Booking.com Team, I am writing to express my absolute frustration and dissatisfaction with this booking made through your platform. Despite having a confirmed reservation made one full week in advance, upon arriving at the hotel today, I was informed that the hotel is fully booked and they could not honor my reservation. This unacceptable oversight has caused immense inconvenience, stress, and disrupted my travel plans significantly. It is appalling that a reputed service like Booking.com would confirm a reservation without ensuring the availability at the hotel. I demand an immediate explanation as to how this situation occurred and expect prompt action to rectify the distressing inconvenience caused. Room, whole facilities,good service

My three-night stay at Oshin Calicut was truly delightful. The complimentary room upgrade added comfort, and the breakfast spread was excellent, with staff even packing a few items on request. Everyone was polite and pleasant, making the experience warm and welcoming. Special mention to Sabira at reception, whose bubbly smile and attentive service ensured all our requests were met seamlessly. Overall, it was a memorable and satisfying stay. They have a swimming pool and a small gym with ample equipment as well, which we didn't use during our stay.

The location is excellent, very close to the KSRTC stand. The staff are very good and helpful. They made sure that I was comfortable throughout my stay. All my requirements were met with immediate effect. Ms.Sona in the front office, in particular, was very helpful. The restaurant is good and the food is tasty. The breakfast buffet is reasonably good. This place has ample car parking space too.

Room was fine. Restaurant served good food. Location was tucked away on a quieter street of a busy city.

Perfect location, center of town hence just 5 to 10min to the main places around. Clean and Fresh Room, Linens and Towels. There was a bit of confusion in the no:of people for whom i had booked, my booking and confirmation was for 2 Adult and 2 Children of 9Y and 16Y but the booking that the hotel recieved was only for 2 Adults. But then when I showed my confirmation details they accepted it and we had a wonderful stay.

Location, customer service, cleanliness

Breakfast was average. Plenty of scope for improvement. More variety and some options from the kitchen.

The stay at Royal Plaza Inn was truly exceptional. The room was very comfortable and cozy, making it a relaxing experience throughout. I especially loved the facilities and the bathroom with the bathtub, a lovely touch that added to the comfort. The interiors are beautiful and the entire property is well maintained. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always helpful. The food was good and added to the overall pleasant stay.
