Cozy place. Easy to find. If I were to come to iceland to hike and tour as day trips with your own vehicle, then I would make inni my home base rather than from kef or raykavik. Plus the washing machine and separate dryer came in handy. But one washing machine was out of order, but there were no other people using it anyway. Kitchen was well stocked with spices so cooking was easy.

Kristine was a great host and was quick with her communications and was gracious in extending our checkout for 30mins. The cottage was spacious, beautiful, well furnished and clean including the jacuzzi and sauna. Location was perfect - close to supermarket, restaurants and was a great base for 2 night stay to explore the Golden Circle. Wish we had stayed for another day just to enjoy the cottage !

It was an excellent stay, they serve a very good breakfast. The room and all installations in general were very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were shared, but private, which is nice. Also, there were enough bathrooms and showers, so no waiting in line. The staff was super nice. The location was great, despite not being in a central city location, it was relatively close to main attractions at the south and in the route to diamond beach, so it's easier to come back instead of returning all the way back to Reykjavik.

Great location in Hveragerði. There is a nearby Food Mall with lots of choices for an evening meal. Easy access to room and free parking. Overall, I highly recommend.
