Staff were so helpful! Went out of their way to accommodate our arrival and to arrange our early morning departure to the airport. They arranged a private transfer to the airport. Our driver was excellent and of great value.

During our recent visit to Naples, we chose the Holiday Inn as our base and opted for a suite to make our stay more comfortable. The hotel’s location proved to be convenient for exploring the city, and the suite itself was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities one would expect from a reputable international hotel chain. From the moment we arrived, Angelo demonstrated a remarkable commitment to guest satisfaction. He was not only professional and efficient but also genuinely warm and welcoming. Whether it was assisting with check-in, offering local recommendations, or ensuring our specific needs were met, he consistently went above and beyond to make us feel valued and cared for. The rest of the staff mirrored this high standard of hospitality. Every interaction was marked by courtesy, attentiveness, and a sincere desire to enhance our stay. It was clear that the team takes great pride in their work and strives to create a positive and memorable experience for every guest. Everything was great. The breakfast offered a nice combination of different options. The location was excellent and easy to access. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

The breakfast was good with a verity of choices. Location couldn’t be better. Across from the train station and metro. Restaurants in the piazza. This was my second stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Good location close to the airport but no shuttle servicE. 40 euros is too much for a 10 minute drive. Breakfast was mediocre. No hot water for tea. No offer of a cappuccino.
