The room we were originally in did not have functioning AC. The onsite staff member (Victoria) was quick to move us into a new room to ensure we were comfortable for the remainder of our stay. She was very pleasant and helpful. After our stay, we required a detailed invoice and the owner of the villa was kind a d quick to answer our request. The facility itself was beautiful, comfortable and clean. There was lots to do within the grounds and a decent breakfast every morning. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel at the base of Etna! Excellent place to serve as your base for Etna adventures! The hotel was clean, stylish, and cozy! It was wonderful coming home to a comfy bed and hot showers. Dario was an amazing host, always helpful and kind, prividing breakfast and infomation about Sicily.

I recently stayed at this B&B and had an amazing experience. The location is absolutely perfect — very quiet, offering beautiful views right from the property. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, with a modern and very comfortable bathroom. Having private parking was a huge plus, making everything so convenient. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was just right for my stay. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back!

The villa is on the hill a quiet neighborhood with panoramic sea view, a perfect place if you are seeking for relaxing vibes. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable I like to wake up early morning ,enjoy watching the sunrise with my espresso on the terrace. The host is a fantastical couple , they also offer the cooking class(the husband is a chef) and day excursion for Mt.Etna & winery . They took me to the local wine cellar to taste different local wine also I was able to bottled it by myself which was a great experience.

Host were lovely, location wasn't great for finding something to eat. Room was located in basement, lacking some modern facilities, cooker used bottled gas. Room was large and you could see that it could sleep 4 or more people, with at least 3 sofa beds in place as well as the double bed.

This is a realy fairy place at Mascalucia. Behind the high wall you can find fantastick vinery and accomodation. In addition to the bathroom, the accommodation is furnished in a period style, in the main section there is a wonderful terrace with a view of the vineyard and the park with palm trees. You have a kitchen at your disposal, Owner and the Majordomus are very cordial and accommodating people. If I will visit sicily i want experiance it again. Thank you so much for amazing lives experience.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Dario, the owner was a wonderful host who made us feel right at home. He was the epitome of hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. When we wanted help to go to the airport because we had an issue with our car, he offered to take us there immediately! More than enough, thanks again! Great breakfast too!
