Newly renovated apartment on the first floor of a prestigious Villa in the Municipality of Mascalucia (CT). Located in a strategic position to reach both the Etna (10 km from Nicolosi) and the sea in Catania (seafront about 12 km) is ideal for a summer stay of up to 4 people who want to enjoy the serenity of a domestic environment immersed in the green, and at the same time be close to all the tourist places of greatest interest in eastern Sicily. Fully furnished and equipped with all comforts (including central heating with radiators, air conditioning, free Wi-fi), it consists of two independent bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with two single beds, independent kitchen equipped with all accessories , bathroom with hydromassage shower, large terrace, private parking. Guests can use all the spaces of the accommodation, the large terrace overlooking the garden and parking. The access door and all the rooms have a key to their privacy and security.
The hospitality is in the nature and in the history of the Sicilians, we are sure you will be fine with us!
The Villa is close to one of the main roads that link Mascalucia with the city of Catania, well served by bars, bakeries, supermarkets, transport, pharmacies, hairdresser, petrol stations, shopping centers, shops.
