Outstanding hotel in the green heart of Italy. Comfortable, spacey, very very nice staff. The view you see when you wake up is heavenly. The food at the restaurant is excellent and theceşne list covers the local specials.

The host was extremely helpful and friendly! The place was immaculate and had everything you might need for a stay. Even though we were only there one night I would absolutely recommend this place for both a short or longer vacation.

I just can't recommend this place enough - I think it was the best stay we've ever had during all the travels. Everything was on the top level - the location is very quiet and picturesque; and the views are just astonishing. The villa itself is very new, clean, and amazingly beautiful - even better than on the pictures, both inside and outside. And the host, Francesco, deserves a separate appraisal - I think it was the best host I've ever had experience with. Not only he was extremely friendly, polite and welcoming, he also prepared a present for us upon our arrival in a form of baskes of fruits, pasta, and other food - which was unexpected and very pleasant. Also, as we didn't have a car, he and his friend arranged a transfer with their car from our previous stay in another city, and then to the train station after our check out (for a fee). Additionally, Francesco drove us to the nearby city by his car and back to the villa (for free), which was very helpful. So, overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would definitely return here.

The owners of this property were wonderful. A retired couple who have made it their life's work to create a beautiful sanctuary in Mercatello. The patio overlooking the valley is stunning. The town is small and quaint with a beautiful bar and restaurant in town. The owners made it very easy for me to store my touring bike. I would highly recommend this spot for cyclists. The breakfast was amazing and all this set up for me.
