Beautifully renovated apartment (just a fridge and kettle but no kitchen). It is completely private with a separate entrance. We were able to turn on the heat when we arrived. Great wifi and hot water. Recommended.

This was an exceptional stay, one of those experiences you remember. The hosts, Tommy and Francesca, are incredibly generous, kind, and interesting people to talk to. On the edge of a very small village on top of the hills of north Tuscany sits this beautiful B&B run by two very nice and extremely kind sisters, place is clean and comfortable and views are incredible, very good breakfast with some homemade muffins and pastries Absolutely recommend it
