The location is very good, with lots of on-site parking. The room was spacious, with a comfy bed and pillows, a nice bathroom, good air conditioning, and a minibar. The pool was great for cooling down, and there was a pool bar where you could get drinks in the afternoon. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices and friendly staff providing good service. Last but not least, the location was excellent — about a 10-minute walk down to the lake and the town center, with bars, restaurants, and a few supermarkets.

We really enjoyed visiting Pisogne. A beautiful area! We hiked part if the Antica Strada trail, but it was too hot in early August to hike all of it. Maybe another time! We also drove around the lake, swam on the other side from Iseo, shopped some in Pisogne, visited Monte Isola, and ate at a wonderful pizza place in Pisogne that was open late at night. Gorgeous lake, mountains, and trails along with shopping and restaurants - what more could we want?! For others who may be renting a large 9-passenger van - we had no problems navigating and parking anywhere around the lake. But, we ARE accustomed to driving small roads with even much larger vehicles in our neck of the woods in the US.

Pisogne is located at the northern end of Lake Iseo.

Pisogne is located at the northern end of Lake Iseo. It has a train station that serves the route Brescia to Edolo direct on a regular basis. It takes 30 minutes to travel to the town of Iseo and less than an hour to Brescia, where main line trains go to Milan, Venice, Verona, etc. The local ferries go from the waterfront to towns around the lake and to Monte Isola (the mountain island in the middle of the Lake Iseo). There are lots of local restaurants and bars in and off the main square in the middle of Pisogne and a car really is not needed.

Beautiful small Italian town located at the foot of the mountains just by the alpine lake. Not many tourists, very easy-going and relaxing atmosphere. If you're looking for the dynamic night life, parties ect it's not for you :). If you want to rest, relax and admire amazing views - go to Pisogne! As Lago D'Isseo in general is more focused on Italians than foreigners (like Como & Garda) the food is fresh and local. There are some great restaurans in Pisogne (eg. Trani Braceria) with the best pizza, steaks and really good prizes.

Quaint little town, real relaxed atmosphere. We were based here for afew nights but travelled all around the lake and we were glad we stayed in Pisogne. The other towns were also nice but Pisogne was our favourite.

Pisogne is a fabulous small town sitting on Lake Iseo.

Pisogne is a fabulous small town sitting on Lake Iseo. It has fabulous views of the mountains and lake with lots of bars and restaurants catering to most tastes. Pisogne has a lovely old centre with narrow streets and alleys. It's a great place to be based to explore the surrounding area.

All pleasures within walking distance.

All pleasures within walking distance. Walks along the promenade along the lake, a separate pleasure. I liked the combination of old buildings with a modern shopping center. On Friday, do not miss the mobile market with farm products and culinary products.

This might sound like a love letter, but we truly fell in love with Pisogne, the apartment, Claudio, and his mother. Such wonderful people and a unique place full of good energy. The breakfasts were delicious, the views were breathtaking. Claudio helped us with everything – thanks to him, the whole trip was incredibly comfortable. From renting bikes, to advice on mountain trails, to great wine recommendations – we felt so well taken care of. We absolutely recommend this place, and we’ll definitely come back one day ourselves.

Our stay in Pisogne was really great. The apartment is very clean, tidy and well equipped. The hosts were absolutely kind and flexible with check in and check out and picked us up at the train station (max. 5min away). There even was a washing machine (with washing pulver) and a dishwasher (also with dish liquid). We hope to be back another time. Thank you a lot!

Absolutely beautiful location up the mountain from Pisogne at Lake Iseo! The view was wonderful and it was such a peaceful place to spend a long weekend lazing around and reading. Cooking and washing facilities were an awesome bonus. We really enjoyed our time here! Pisogne is a 15min drive away on a very steep windy road but you get used to it!
