United StatesQuiet neighborhood. Private,gated and secure parking. Everything is practically new inside, beds are comfortable and house is clean. AC in the kitchen and bedroom. Towels,linen and blankets are provided.
We had a little trouble with the GPS not taking us to the correct location but the host and his parents were very helpful. The father came out to the main road to meet us with his Vespa and guided us to the house.
The fridge and cabinet stocked with goodies. Espresso Coffee machine works great (also stocked with espresso pods and sugar). Kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary items. There’s a table with some chairs outside and rack to hang laundry to dry. WiFi is a bit weak (best connection is in the kitchen area) tends to drop in the bedroom and once you step out the front door. Otherwise, it’s a Great location! Roughly 20 minutes to the city center of Naples. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

CanadaBreakfast included was great and service was excellent. Room was very clean and modern. Large bathroom. Nice outdoor pool and quiet courtyard. Restaurants were in walking distance, even to Torre Annunziata. We choose this location because of the value and didn’t want to be in the big city. The Circumvesuviana train (Leopardi station)was a 12 minute walk and we did day trips into Naples and to Sorrento. Naples was a 30 minute ride for 2.5€ per person and Sorrento was 3.5€ and only 50 minutes. The staff arranged a taxi for out ride to Santa Maria la Bruna (Trenitalia) station on departure. I definitely recommend this place.

Firstly, I chose to stay here because the location worked for what I wanted to do: see Pompeii and Naples. It essentially served as a landing pad for me since it was located in between these places. This B&B is also close to Mt. Vesuvius and Herculaneum if you are wanting to see those sites as well. The proximity to train stations (the Circumvesuviana railway) makes it easy to get to and from Naples and Pompeii. The owners were even kind enough to help me purchase train tickets at a nearby tabaccheria (tobacco shop) and drive me to and from the stations!
The B&B itself is nested in a nice, open garden with trees. It felt peaceful to come back to after a day of exploring the sites. The room I stayed in had a nice balcony where I enjoyed my meals. The owners drop off tasty pastries from a local bakery every morning for you, which was a lovely touch.
Lastly, the owners were so accommodating, helpful, and warm. Although there was some language barrier, they were patient with my lack of Italian skills and communicated with me via Google translate. They clarified any issues or questions I had about taking the trains and even checked in on me one evening when I hadn't come back yet and it was late (which I was grateful for because I actually got off on the wrong train station so they offered to pick me up instead of me having to wait for the next train to come). They also invited me to enjoy a home-cooked dinner with them one evening, and it was probably one of my favorite meals while I was traveling around Italy!
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely return!

TdG is kind of a quiet town between Pompei and Naples.
TdG is kind of a quiet town between Pompei and Naples. It is easy to get to either by local train. The town itself we found to be a bit challenging since we do not speak Italian. Many restaurants don't open until later, and we had a hard time finding a market with a variety of food choices. We also did not find the locals to be particularly welcoming of us as American tourists. If it had not been for our lovely host and a very relaxing and comfortable apartment, we probably would have left early and gone to Naples to stay where there are more services for tourists.

The hotel was very nice as well the pool.
The location was also ideal for us, as it was easy to reach the city and other interested places e.g. Vesuvius, Pompei etc. There was even a direct boat to Capri daily.

A small and very typical town at the foot of Vesuvius.
A small and very typical town at the foot of Vesuvius. The town has a wonderful atmosphere. A 15-minute walk to the beach. Nearby is a park and the ancient town of Ercolano. It's interesting to simply wander the town's streets and alleys, each a glimpse of the Italian spirit.

It was great to stay in this beautiful renovated appartment, very clean, everything new. It is a quiet spot in busy Torre del Greco, there was also a nice spot to sit outside. Raffaele has been very helpful and approachable ( via Whatsapp) with any questions. To summarise: very much recommended!

Torre del Greco seems to be a suburb of Naples and is ideal for people who want to cycle up Vesuvius! It is right under the volcano.
Well priced food and pizza restaurants, lovely little centre, excellent ice cream, it was a less chaotic version of Naples and prepared us for the big city! (Which is 11km away)

Casina de Goyzueta was a little haven to enjoy our holiday in Naples from. Manuel and Olga were the perfect hosts and couldn't have done more to make our stay comfortable and a pleasure. The pool area was a real sun trap and a great place to spend time just relaxing. The house was very individual, which made it more special than a stay in a big, impersonal hotel. Full of personal touches and with a real history.
