The location is a 15-20min ride from the city but the community is peaceful. The place is well maintained and rooms were silent. Rooms were cleaned everytime you asked them. Sheets were replaced every 3 days which is understandable. The dining area was well lit and had a homey vibe. The breakfast had a huge selection. It definitely had a good value for money. Staffs were polite and good in english. We didn't had difficulty communicating with them. I think the price for the stay is exceptional since it has anything you need for a hotel. The prices on their restaurant was decent.

Так как новый отель, неудивительно, что мало отзывов. Прилетела на свадьбу подруги, отель находится рядом с Мегой на Розыбакиева, в нешумном и спокойном районе. Внутри все ЧИСТО, пахнет как после ремонта, это мне потом сказали, что недавно открылись. Комната компактная с минималистичным, красивым дизайном. Внизу можно погладить одежду, в общем все есть. По соседству находится Тандыр Казан, где можно покушать. Отличный персонал: администраторы Аселя, Темирлан и Валентина очень приветливые, и отдельная благодарность горничной Жанне. Everything was quite good except the location was a bit far from the old area of town for me as a tourist. It is a brand new hotel and not listed on Google maps or yandex taxi app. yet so a little hard to find.

Very magical and amazing. Will definitely recommend it. All the staffs are accommodating especially Mr. Nurdaulet. The food was on point. We almost tried all of their food in the menu.
