This small boutique hotel with a big heart. We were welcome graciously and enjoyed celebrating our Christmas together. They hosted a fun holiday dinner at the amazing hotel restaurant. The staff is friendly, kind with overall generous energy.

Reception desk staff EXCELLENT, especially Chan who was very helpful, caring, customer oriented and professional. He should be cloned and sent throughout the hotel industry. Excellent breakfast, restaurant, and restaurant staff. Grounds are GORGEOUS, a photographer's delight. Rooms extra large are clean and comfortable. Loved the pool. Quiet, great rest.

If you have the chance, stay here. The beds are super comfy, the rooms are bright and roomy. The breakfast is really nice, they have options for all, meat eaters and non meat eaters. Free Bikes to cycle around and they will drop you and pick you up around town in the golf cart. But by far, the most distinctive detail is the staff. All very helpful, courteous and made the stay and experience. I hope to come again.

Flawless. A perfect stay. The staff is amazing, the hotel is beautiful, food is fantastic. Rooms are comfortable, spa therapies are excellent. We really had a wonderful time at this wonderful hotel. But again, I have to say… the incredible staff makes a difference!

The rooms were nice, clean, and huge! The grounds were very nice. The pool was smaller than expected but cool and refreshing. The highlight of this hotel is the restaurant area! The breakfast was amazing and dinner was very romantic. Must book!

The hotel grounds were truly stunning—lush gardens, tranquil courtyards, and a gorgeous pool that provided a peaceful retreat. The concierge service was outstanding, thoughtfully arranging a tour for the Alms Giving, Morning Markets and Kiang Si Falls that allowed me to explore the charm of Luang Prabang with ease.

Stayed at this hotel in Luang Prabang, really liked it. Cute old colonial building, nice and quiet, easy to walk to the center. Room has a balcony that you can chill and its pool view. The bed made me sleep so deep :)

I loved everything about this hotel! The owner/manager and his staff were very attentive and detail oriented and tried their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. They match and even surpass 5 star concierge service 🔝 The breakfast is super (still thinking of those amazing banana pancakes). Everything is new and the cleaning standards are great!!

The hotel designed in a traditional style, almost entirely built of wood and equipped with everything needed. Nice breakfast was included, they cook it by your order, no buffet provided. Reception and all other staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, I truly felt welcomed there.

The place is very clean, tidy, spacious, has all what you need to spend some days very comfortable. They do laundry as well. The location is 7 min by motorbike to the center. They rent motorbikes so that was't an issue for me.

I had a lovely room with a balcony. Bed and shower were great. Most of all Junio who runs the front desk was outstanding, always very helpful and proactive in solving any issues.
