New ZealandEasy access, with a wee playground for the kids, space to park, and very comfortable room! The two bedroom family apartment was wonderful for our two kids. Our kids reported very cosy beds, with a light switch above each bed. The kid’s room is right next to the bathroom, so easy for them to navigate at night. The queen bed was extremely comfortable, and the entire apartment was sparkling clean! All the staff were friendly and helpful, we loved having a nice visit at checkout. We absolutely loved our stay!

I was in Gore for the Tussock Country Festival and the Gold...
I was in Gore for the Tussock Country Festival and the Gold Guitars. I had a great time, the various events were very enjoyable and the people very friendly. Plenty of choice for dining out and shopping, plus the Eastern Southland Gallery is a "must-see".

Very clean, well kept town with no graffiti (that we saw) Beautiful library and thoroughly enjoyed the gardens and the historic village. Ate at Howl at the Moon and at a beautiful cafe both excellent food,.

Love Gore for its beautiful city centre.
Love Gore for its beautiful city centre. City council has done a great job. The city is tidy and you can see flowers on the main streets. Fantastic! Lots of churches which are amazing. May the Lord bless the whole city and it's residents!

Gore is a nice country town surrounded by lovely green...
Gore is a nice country town surrounded by lovely green countryside and is well served with amenities. There is a great art gallery which has an impressive collection of Ralph Hotere works amongst others and a museum that tells the story of illicit whiskey distilling in the area. Several places to eat and get a good coffee like The Stables Cafe. If you are a fisher there is the Mataura river which runs through the town. Go North and its a nice drive to Queenstown and south gets you to Invercargill.

lovely countryside and the cafe and restaurant definitely worth visiting again. Shops were varied and I spent far too much money, the hospice shop was a great place to spend half an hour or more browsing. If you were self catering the main shops were there for you. Pleasant place to walk around as well.

Everything was fabulous couldn’t rate this wee gem high enough! Tucked away in the top of gore it’s a perfect wee spot to relax and unwind! The facilities and the hosts were great and the breakfast was delish and just enough to start your day! Will definitely be back!

The location was convenient for me, the unit was well equiped and clean, the staff were very helpful and were able to assist me as I had a large trailer with me. During peak season this might be a bit trickier, highly recommended when your in Gore

The room was perfect, quiet, very, very clean and laid out to perfection. One of the best accommodations I have stayed in recent times. Amazing... Highly recommended if you're stopping in Gore with the surrounding attractions.

Arrived to a clean warm motel, stayed in the 2 bedroom family room. Really comfortable beds and pillows. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would stay again next time we are visiting family in gore.
