New ZealandThe Nest is a wonderful haven away from a busy world. Nestled in the bush it was so peaceful and quite. It has a funky, fun vibe and the owners have thought of and provided everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It really made the stay perfect that the whole place was clean, tidy and so well equipped so that everything we needed was right there at our fingertips. I would jump at the chance to stay there again. I wish more accommodation providers understood how much all these "little inclusions" like a properly equipped kitchen can really make a stay. I highly recommend if you are in the area and this this funky "nest" looks like your kind of place don't hesitate to book your stay.

Waihi Beach is stunning!
Waihi Beach is stunning! Lovely white sand and the beach goes for miles. Life guards are out daily during the peak season. Perfect for all ages swimming. Lots of cool places to explore too and bush walks etc.

Beautiful beaches, with a nice selection to chose from. If it's too windy in one side there is always another spot where it's great for a swim. Nice little town to have a windy down and relax, we lvoed it!

Our stay at Waihi Beach was truly enjoyable and relaxing. The location was fantastic, offering a wonderful base for exploring the area. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well-kept. We had a great time and would happily return!

Adequate parking. Lovely restaurant right on the beach. Beautiful beach. We drove from our residence to the beach, a bit too far for us oldies to walk, but took about 6min to drive.

At this time of the year it was pretty quiet but we had our 2 granddaughters with us and the slow pace was nice.
We ate at the RSA and everybody enjoyed their meal
We stayed at the Tasman Holiday Park - Waihi Beach and it had a lot of facilities for the people.

We were there to see the wrath of a passing cyclone on the beach and the sea so it was exciting! The wee shop on the corner that sells coffees and deli meats and lovely breads is amazing! The Waihi Beach RSA has great meals too! Def coming back again when the weather is better!

As a family of 5 (13, 11 and 3) we enjoyed all the services this accomadation provided. The rooms were equipped with basic needs to cook our kai with, the pool was a big hit. We even used the gym regularly, the laundry room was easy to use and main kitchen was there if we needed anything extra. There we many public toilets and showers which were also easy to use. Waihi Beach as a whole was a good experience for us and we are looking forward to returning back! There was a really good vibe about it.

A spacious, beautifully presented and well equipped home, ideal for a family gathering. Immaculately clean, top of the line appliances, abundantly equipped kitchen and, a real bonus for the wet weather we had, a great variety of boardgames. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for everyone and easy access to both beach and estuary. Waihi Beach village is a short drive away. Would highly recommend this property.

Waihi Beach is a lovely place for a holiday. Beautiful beach, and house was very close to beach. Easy access to local walks such as Karangahake Historic Gorge walk.
The house was spacious, very clean, very good facilities in the kitchen.
