Thankful they've upgraded to one bedroom apartment. The reception guy Shiju is very helpful and the service is good. I requested 2 pillows and they nicely give it. The location is good for those who have cars. It is a quite place as it is quite far from the main city.

Owner Mr Mohaned AlAlmani is a gem of a person. Always smiling and welcoming. Reception staff are very kind and helpful. Mr AlAlmani and the lady receptionist speak fluent English. Constantly checking if everything is in order and if we need anything. Free unlimited qahwa (Omani Coffee) and dates in reception. Constant smell of Frankincense (Bakhoor) in the reception and lounge. Lift to take you to your floor. Parking for about 6 cars. On one night we could not get a space to park but managed to park on an adjoining street. Room was clean. Tea Coffee making facilities. Small fridge. Comfortable beds. Towels and basic toiletries provided. Reliable Wifi and Airconditioning. Breakfast was really good and served in the room. Breakfast has everything you need. Breakfast items ranged from day to day but always included Fresh fruit, bottle of juice, bottle of milk, yogurt, fresh toast, croissant, muffins, butter, soft cheese + sliced cheese, jam, honey etc. There are a couple of restaurants around the hotel which serve mainly Indian dishes. Restaurant opposite the hotel delivered to our room.
