Location is out of Chiang Mai center city but close to nature with a river close by for soothing sounds day and night. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is simple with a choice of fried rice or congee as main and toasts and salad for sides. Staffs are excellent and helpful. Happy with my stay.

Kasa Verdana was the perfect accommodation for us after a long month of international travel. Everything was literally perfect -- it's a beautiful complex with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable long or short term stay in Chiang Mai. Staff is welcoming and professional. The rooms are modern, spacious, super clean, and comfortable. While Kasa Verdana is just outside of town and transportation will be needed for sightseeing and to get to the city, but it is the perfect quiet oasis and place to escape to after a long day in the city. It was very quiet and we slept so well on the comfortable bed. The shower was amazing. We loved having a washer and dryer and a full kitchen to make our own meals. The gym was well-equipped too. We will certainly return. Nearby Cafe De Oasis offers delicious Thai, Western food, and a bakery.

Super nice host. Staff at reception, housekeeping, dining were accommodating and always at service Rooms were squeaky clean. Both normal shower & rain shower have high water pressure BF was great esp poached eggs with melted cheese on top.

Merchant villa has all clean rooms and home cozy atmosphere. The garden and pool are amazing. You can find Chef Dan, one of the best Italian food in CM in the same area of the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is marvelous and free coffee from Coffee and me. The best part is Merchant villa's staff: all the best Definitely I will stay here again and again
