The staff were very friendly and accommodating! Linh spoke very good English and was very helpful and polite throughout our stay. She also recommended an event nearby on the evening of our stay which was welcomed since the town is quite small and doesn’t have many restaurants or shops to choose from. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the 5th floor is spectacular — day and night!

The staff service was exceptional, especially Dang Tieu My, who went above and beyond to help us in every way. Everyone was so friendly and professional. We couldn't be happier to stay here. When we asked for a last-minute transportation, the My spent all night making the arrangement for us. We didn't have to worry about a thing. Also, the food at the hotel, especially the well-cooked rice, was unforgettable. We didn't want to go out to a restaurant after a long day of visiting Chua Huong. My dad still talks about the tasty dinner we had at Legend Valley Hotel Ha Nam. And you just can't beat the price here. Many would prefer to stay in Hanoi and only visit this region in a day's trip. My advice is you need to book at least a night at Legend Valley Hotel Ha Nam to really experience everything Ha Nam has to offer. Thanks again to the wonderful, caring staff!

Really fabulous place to stay. Right among the temples and allows access when the tourists have gone home. Staff were super friendly, rooms were very clean and comfortable with a lovely view. Can't recommend it enough. Truly special experience.
