The property was perfect for our family of four. It is situated in Ecopark, away from the noise and busy streets of Hanoi. We had a very nice view of Ecopark from above. The kitchen is fully equipped. There's washing machine and dryer, steam iron and hair dryer. The two bathrooms are clean and modern. The two bedrooms are just perfect. The building is very secured. The apartment is very secured as well with its system we managed to get used to very quickly. The owner/ operator of the apartment is very welcoming and helpful. She replied to all our inquiries as quickly as she could. The apartment is very close to a big number of restaurants and coffee shops, grocery stores in the first floor, bigger supermarkets just a short walk away, taxi (VinFast, Grab, regular) is easy to get, playgrounds and parks for families, and 2 shopping malls nearby (Oceanpark Megamall, Aeon Mall). I highly recommend this property. It's a nice to keep your things secured while going to day tours around Hanoi.

The woman running the "hotel" was very nice. She showed us the room and it had mosquitoes. I asked her what could be done about it, so she brought some spray for us. I sprayed the room and we left to get dinner. When we came back all the mosquitoes were dead. Not even 1 bothered me the entire night. The room was one of the cleanest I have had while in Vietnam. The bed had a clean sheet and blanket. The front desk also provided laundry service at a low cost. Be prepared to use a translation app to communicate with the front desk.
