I loved the view and the staff were nice and friendly. The staff even called a bus for us to go back to Hanoi instead of going to the bus station.

The owner is very cute and accommodated all our requests. She welcomed us with fresh ginger tea upon arrival and explained in detail how to explore the area in the time we had available. Simple bikes (1 gear) are available for rent, they do the job as the area is flat.

Our stay at the Indochine Hotel in Ninh Binh was absolutely amazing! The staff and the family that run this beautiful hotel really went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. I have booked a stay at Indochine again in June as my parents will be arriving and i cannot think of a better location and such a beautiful hotel with an added bonus of the staff, always ready to assist you in any way!

Wonderful place with a great view and a cozy, comfortable room. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was included, thought very basic.

The pool is in front of my bungalow. Our family gathers and sunbathe. I felt welcomed and well taken care of even the staff is senior people.

The property is new, that’s a nice perk. Toiletries were helpful. The pool was very refreshing, the owner and her family were kind and helpful. They don’t know English but using WhatsApp and translator was more than enough. Location was the best! The views were breath taking and it is right outside of town. Easy walk in or bike in. Since it was right outside the main road, you got quietness and beautiful views with a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. There are restaurants located less than a minute from the hotel too. Breakfast was delicious and if you let her know what you want the night before and what time she will prepare it. When you need new towels just go downstairs and ask or message her. She will get you scooter rentals or bikes, she will help get you ride to and from the airport. Really her and her family work hard and are kind. I felt at home and the room was large and spacey, bathroom was beautiful and large too. For this price and the views it’s a steal. You won’t regret staying here. We are a family 4 and felt at home. There were couples and singles staying there too. Everyone seemed to be enjoying their time at the hotel.

The property is amazing. Close to tam coc (rent a scooter so you don’t have to bike in the warm weather), but still deep into the rocks. Perfect architectural design.

We loved staying at this hotel! It was clean and just far enough away to be quiet/peaceful, but close enough to easily bike or walk to restaurants. Breakfast was also really good! While there are a lot of homestay options in this area we learned the hard way they were not ideal (thin walls, cold and dirty- at least the one we booked originally) so this hotel was so greatly appreciated after a bad prior experience.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Tam Coc Lighthouse Hotel. The communication before our arrival was outstanding. We received very useful information about our upcoming stay and the staff helped us arrange a wonderful trip in the area. Every question we had was answered quickly and efficiently. Check-in was fast and smooth, and we were very grateful for the complimentary late check-out. The hotel is new and spotlessly clean. The beds are extremely comfortable – we slept like babies. The room is well designed, the bathroom modern and functional, and the bed linen and towels are of excellent quality. The nights are very quiet, and in the morning you can hear the roosters, which adds a charming local atmosphere. The location is also very convenient – at the end of the main street, within a short walk to restaurants for dinner and very close to the Tam Coc boat pier. A special thank you to the lovely young lady at the reception for her kindness, professionalism and excellent English. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again if we return to Tam Coc.

Very polite staff, always ready to help and support. There is also the possibility to make a shower after the check out!
