This apartment is literally brand new and has only been operating for a few weeks. Everything was precisely as pictured in the photos (something that can be hit-or-miss in Vietnam) and impeccably clean. The room still smells faintly of fresh paint and even the TV didn't have its protective film peeled off of it yet. Great value for the location with it being only a 5-10 minute Grab ride to the Old Quarter. It's in the middle of a long alleyway but the staff are very responsive on WhatsApp if you need assistance with directions. I would stay here again on another visit to Hanoi.

We had a great stay! The hotel is brand new — everything is clean and fresh. I really like the decoration and the beautiful sunset view. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We liked everything about M Village Hotel Long Biên. Bed and pillows were the best through our Vietnam trip. They have free to use Laundry room, nice pool(we did not use), nice shared kitchen with a big double door fridge. Reception personnel was very kind and welcoming! Location is just outside the Old Town which gives you an opportunity to experience local life in Hanoi and makes your stay quite!
