Everything about the property was just great. The scenery was soul soothing and the actual property, staff and facilities were exceptional. The location is a 17 minute beautiful and scenic drive to town to get things you might need. The people are kind, accommodating and heartwarming. I will definitely be going back next year.

The location was great, with lovely views of the forest and scenery. Overall, the place was clean and the fireplace was a great bonus given that it rained most of the time and was cold. The facilities were functional and extras (tea, coffee, condiments) were provided. Our hosts were lovely, and promptly fixed a clog drain when informed.

We had a delightful room with our own fireplace. Pefectly stocked each day with firewood, kindling and starter Lovely rusks with tea / coffee. Cottage was great, Mark, Lee and the hound dogs have done an amazing job decorating and setting up the cottage. Brilliant weekend away.
