We felt honored to be able to rent the historic villa. The renovation was done well, new windows, new flooring and stairs, just to name a few. Location was awesome. Hotel with a very good restaurant was walking distance.

Great location with a spectacular patio, wish I could have had a few more days in the Locarno area. We were going from Lake Como to Zermatt and found this gem!

Location was stunning (although directions could have been better). The building itself is fantastic and the outside area was fun for my son. We made a fire to grill food and it was easy to find some wood. House and kitchen was extremely well stocked, had so many dishes and even basic food.

Very spacious property with two floors and two balconies and everything was very clean. The property owner was super friendly and helpful. The kitchen was fantastic and well equipped and there was even a nice fireplace!

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the house was more than spacious enough for 4 adults and 1 child, and when another couple joined us for a night it was intimate, but comfortable. The sofa bed is actually outside the bathroom in a small room, so the only downside is that you have to pass that to use the bathroom, but it made the living/kitchen area more open. It was a very cute town and a short drive from some beautiful spots along the river.
