It’s clean, lots of room, modern, great location

Great location with wonderful view on the sea and the sunset, plenty of outdoor space. Big house with kitchen and washing machine, super-super friendly hosting family. The place to be to explore northern part of the island (Fiskardo, Assos). A few minutes from Myrthos beach, by car.

The villa was as advertised. Comfortable and clean. Location was perfect, the villa was equipped with all the amenities of home, and we had all that was needed for our stay in Agia Effimia. Our hosts were lovely. The gift basket and wine was much appreciated. Easy checkin. We would stay again.

Absolutely outstanding holiday home with superb owners and exceptional service. Very kind people. Maria sent us a huge amount of information about her locality, which meant we had a wonderful time as her suggestions were excellent. The service is amazing. The villa is immaculate. The location is quiet yet fully accessible and central to the beach and local towns and villages. We had a totally luxourious stay and will definitely go back. Highly recommend.

The house was great. The kitchen was well equipped.

Excellent villa, lots of space, everything provided to make our stay as comfortable as possible. A lovely bottle of wine, bread, jam, butter and fruit juice awaited us, a most welcome surprise. Stavros visited every morning to sort the pool, checking if we needed anything and Elena the cleaning lady was exceptional, couldn't be more accommodating, very caring for her visitors! The villa was equipped with everything you could need with excellent A/C! Area is quiet, a peaceful haven with beautiful views, a relaxing location, the village is easily accessible with lovely restaurants. We had the most peaceful time in the Garden Villas, highly recommended, we hope to return soon!

Very nice place, quiet and cozy, we had all we need and we were close to the nicest places on the island.

Really enjoyed the view outside, the house was so clean and comfortable, appreciated the a/c unit in night during the heatwave, my toddlers were safe in the space, suitable kitchen amenities to do a pasta night in. Overall really lovely spot!

Perfect location, close to everything, supermarket, bakery, bars and restaurants. A cute little house, very clean, kitchen with all necessary utensils, you can feel the attention to small little details making your stay comfortable. Host is a very agreeable lady, letting you know that she is there nearby in case you need some something while remaining discreet at the same time. If Agia Effimia is the part of the island you want to stay then look no further.

Very convenient and cute villa in Makryotika (which IMO is a great place to be based on Kefalonia). The owner was attentive and very kindly let us use a swimming pool that became available, although our villa didn't have one.
