The accommodation exceeded our expectations lovely, warm and clean great location and was perfect for our big family with lots of space . This house is a new build and is modern with everything one shell ask for . Definitely recommend to others

The location was great. Although it was a country property it was only 2km from Hastings. It is a very cute country cottage with everything needed for a self contained stay. The owners left a jug of milk from the farm and apples from the orchard. It is the end of fruit season so we were very lucky

Everything was just as advertised. Great location. Comfortable spot. Safe. Quiet. Pretty area. Clean. Had everything we needed and close to shops. My husband enjoyed star watching at night.

Amazing hosts / perfect spot very private & quiet

The house is big and beautiful, gorgeous decor, sun-drenched decks, lovely garden, and amazing views over to Te Mata peak. It's situated down a quiet road in a very upmarket neighbourhood which felt very safe. It's an easy walk to Off The Track bar / restaurant where we all enjoyed delicious steaks! It's also a very short drive into the heart of Havelock North which has beautiful independent shops and eateries.

Beautiful clean home. Charlotte has thought of everything, right down to a coffee machine with a generous supply of coffee. The vegan friendly block of chocolate for those that are vegan which my non vegan family enjoyed immensely. Tasteful linens and choice of dinner wear, glasses, mugs cutlery all plentiful. Cooking in this kitchen was easy, a well supplied kitchen with pans pots glass bowls serve wear and utensils. Clean up was super easy and hygienic, dishwasher, microwave, hob all easy to use. Washer and dryer easy to use. Generally appropriate art work. Was lovely to not require your own net flicks code, to use the net flicks code attached to this property. It is often stated by hosts they have net flicks but what they often mean is they are set up for you to use your own net flicks code . We are not subscribed to net flicks so this was a bonus to sit down to a nice movie which was included in the property price. Another of Charlottes thoughtful gestures. Charlotte to my way of thinking now having stayed in a few properties, both in New Zealand and internationally is definitely a superior or super host. She went as far as to supply the right type of milk that froths with her coffee machine which UHT milk does not. It would certainly have to be something well deserving to have Charlotte respond with negative feedback as she is understanding of peoples requirements. Wether its popping into the area for work and to meet friends who live locally, which was our circumstances or a single, a couple or group, a busy family, international travelers. Charlottes property ticks all the boxes. This property is clean and tasteful and generally meets all requirements and all needs. Charlotte is swift to respond to an individual enquiry. We loved the central hawks bay location. A very easy trip to Napier and also Hastings, Havelock etc.. very well positioned for all destinations. A peaceful, quiet, safe, neighbourhood in a great central location. Thank you charlotte.

Beautiful blend of classic character with a modern spin - everything felt high quality wand well maintained. The attention to detail is incredible - from the style of the beds, to the lemon sliced water in the fridge. Everything you could have needed was available and placed in a way which felt like there was no clutter. Being welcomed with a Whittaker's chocolates was a wonderful touch!
