Everything was wonderful! Location is excellent—close to everything by walking distance. Breakfast is incredible with so many variety and the most welcoming staff. The view makes it even more memorable-you can see the lake, city’s rooftops, and life happening in the old quarter Rooms are super comfortable, spacious, clean and you get welcomed by the best staff—May and her colleagues at the reception were very helpful and kind. The pool and gym are on the rooftop were wonderful stop for a fee hours to relax and take some sunshine. To add, you have another amazing view of the city. Totally the best value for your stay in Hanoi. Cant recommend enough ✨

Great little hotel in the middle of the old quarter. Room was nice and quite spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy walk from the hotel to all of the major attractions and heaps of food options in every direction. This hotel is not the Ritz but has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
