Everything was wonderful! Location is excellent—close to everything by walking distance. Breakfast is incredible with so many variety and the most welcoming staff. The view makes it even more memorable-you can see the lake, city’s rooftops, and life happening in the old quarter Rooms are super comfortable, spacious, clean and you get welcomed by the best staff—May and her colleagues at the reception were very helpful and kind. The pool and gym are on the rooftop were wonderful stop for a fee hours to relax and take some sunshine. To add, you have another amazing view of the city. Totally the best value for your stay in Hanoi. Cant recommend enough ✨

The staff is amazing, they are always trying to help their guests and are really welcoming. They helped me with lots of reservations and recommendations for my trip (not only Hanoi but also Ha Giang loop, Sapa and Ha Long Bay). Thanks to Andrea, Jenny and Kai for all their help and support!! Location is amazing!! Breakfast is also really good!!

The warm, kind, smiley, helpful staff is the highlight! 🥰 I want to thank Jimmy from the travel information desk; he helped contact Grab Taxi and found the cell phone of my sister, who lost her phone in the Grab taxi. Jimmy also recommended a great Halong Bay cruise tour for us. Other staff, e.g. Violet, and Jenny, are also lovely.

If you're visiting Hanoi for the first time, this is the ideal place to stay. The hotel is located right in the heart of Hanoi city. Breakfast includes both Western and Vietnamese options, which is a great plus
