I enjoyed the vibe of the hotel. The hotel was centrally located and close to a lot of sites, the subway, shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel offered other amenities we did not access e.g. the sauna, gym, etc. The breakfast was great with a lot of options and accommodated dietary restrictions. We never had dinner at the hotel but the dining area was full every single night. A free glass of wine voucher was provided which was a nice gesture. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful.

Clean, good location, nice buolding. Comfortable bed, the couch is a bit less comfortable if you need it. Warning - there is no door on the bathroom (no doors in the whole apartment, just the WC) so it's not very convenient for all situations.

The property is very clean, the owner maintains it very well and is a very hard working chap. He’ll make sure your stay is comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, top quality mattress and curtains help with the privacy The bathrooms are super clean, cleaning happens everyday and the location is quite accessible to the main attractions via public transport

Hotel Altstadt is a truly classy hotel. One feels very pampered there. It is interesting from top to bottom. Everything is first class. One of my best booking on Booking.com experiences ever. Absolutely made our stay. A tiny very special hotel, with very special people working there who were truly caring about their guests. A cozy place with a lot of original decorations still there, at the same time rooms nicely renovated with a big comfortable shower which to me is very important. An elevator also makes life a lot more pleasant, especially when you arrive with luggage. The location is also very nice. About 15-20 minutes walk to the center with big fancy buildings part of Vienna, but in a much more pleasant district than that very center, with narrower streets, a lot of cozy cafes and restaurants and small art shops. Will recommend this place to my friends coming to Vienna. Thank you for all your care♥️
