We used public transportation and we took the metro near the apartment. When we came back, we used the tram, having a station across the street. You can make self check-in from the entrance in the building using a local tablet, even a child can do, being very easy. The place is very quiet and we liked it. For a long stay you can use the washing machine from the entrance level.

The room was so cozy , with a beautiful traditional design and clean.It was equipped to a very good heating system .I like the ritual aromatic stick they put in the toilet that left a very pleasant scent in the room and building. The hotel offers a kitchen ,so clean ,lively design with all equipments that is required including washing machine and refrigerators and kitchenware. We liked the sachertorte they offered for guests in the kitchen. Overall ,it was one my best experience in booking.com.❤️

This is definitely one of the best places we have ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. The apartment is beautifully furnished, everything is brand new and decorated with great taste. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could need—dishes, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher—literally everything. The bathroom is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The beds are very comfortable, and the bedding and pillows are impeccably clean. The entire apartment is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The hosts were incredibly kind and always responded to our questions very quickly. There was also a wonderful lady, whose name I unfortunately don't know, who came within minutes whenever we needed anything and resolved everything immediately. The location is excellent—just a 1-minute walk from the train station, a 5-minute walk from the metro station, and very close to a Citybike station. There are also plenty of supermarkets, bakeries, and drugstores nearby. Everything you need is within easy reach. This apartment will always be our number one choice whenever we visit Vienna!

The apartment has very nice interior, its very good equipped with all utilities and its very specious. The key was given by a nice lady, who also offered the help in any needed case. The location is close to underground station and to Schönbrunn park. I would recommend this apartment for a family city trip.
