The staff was amazing. They set up a birthday celebration in our room that was more than I had expected when they asked if we were there for a special occasion. The room and facilities were very comfortable and in a great location. We wish we could have stayed longer.

This apartment was a big surprise. Better than the pictures and a really nice place to stay. Very clean, very comfortable beds, great view, and location. Very good value for your money. Communication with the owners was great and way above what you can expect.

The hotel is flawless. Enjoyed everything about it the bar, the dining room, restaurant, the tea room, and especially the bedroom with the turndown service. Was a delight, returning to the room at night to have the classical music playing with a Goring sheep on my bed.

We loved the location of this flat. So convenient to everything and to a tube stop. There was a great little cafe right below the unit so breakfast was very fast and easy. Highly recommend!

The location was perfect with an EASY walk to the Victoria train/tube station. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, & spoke many languages. Breakfast was a large buffet with plenty of seating. Our room was comfortable with an amazing shower! Bonus...5 minute walk to theatres!

Classic British decor and demeanor, fittingly right across from Buckingham Palace Royal stage coaches and horses (the Mews) w delicious dining room and high tea room. We enjoyed Room 208 for its light and airy feel with bathtub. The terrific staff from the front doormen to the front desk (Charlie!) and management team was superior. The gentleman waiter in the New York lounge was divine. The human touch with our differently abled guest, a wheelchair on offer, was graciously kind.

Absolute best place to stay when in London. The hotel is well located next to the main tube lines, but still on a quiet street, so no noise. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and also no noise from the corridor or other rooms. Stuff was very kind and professional, appreciate quick responses and attendance.
