Amazing facilities., service., shows in general all experience was incredible! We really enjoy our vacations here! Fun Aqua aerobics., the club kids was the second favorite place of my goddaughter the first was the pool obviously. And the Disney show was spectacular experience., and the restaurants has a delicious food!

The pools are awesome and the staff has changed tremendously from the last time we were there. We loved Azul but the staff were super unfriendly. Knowing it changed hands we decided to give it another go. This time being Palmer resort the staff was great. Mauricio, Arron and jarico all pool staff were WONDERFUL!

Everything about this resort was in my opinion was Top Standard, I liked that it was a slightly smaller resort as this was my first All Inclusive experience. the resort was clean and well kept, the staff were exceptional, the food was really good, I'm a fussy eater! my favorite restaurant was Seaside grill and I really enjoyed the Buffet, Room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed and bed super comfy! this resort lived upto expections 100% and currently rebooking to go back

I can't thank Amar Inn enough for the wonderful time we had as a family at your place. Our room was clean and very spacious. We were lucky to get the best seaview room (thank you so much - it was my 50th birthday celebration). We were treated so nicely by the staff from the moment we arrived. It is a small bed and breakfast place just a few steps away from the beach and a 5-7 min walk to the down area. They provide beach chairs and towels. I loved having breakfast Included. It was served at the central patio, which has a lot of vegetation and provides a cozy fresh atmosphere. The place was very clean. We'll be back.

Close proximity to the beach but also town, but far away to not hear any of the noise. Safe parking in front of the property. Kevin at the front desk was absolutely amazing!!! Thank you so much! The pool is very clean and a good way to cool down in the evening after a day out. Stunning views of the surrounding areas from up there also. We stayed in room 12 and our balcony view was a bunch of trees, very calm and beautiful to wake up to in the morning. Kitchen fitted out with pots and pans, cutlery etc. the only thing missing was a kettle.

It’s amazing resort to stay with the families.

The location is separated from the downtown--a little north in the jungle and quiet, so bring your own food and amenities when you arrive. Just steps from the beach. Great views above the second floor. Ideal for couples.

Such a cute place. Nice landscaping, pool, in a good area of town, near everything. Fanny, the manager, was very attentive and helpful. The housekeeping staff as well.

Ben was such an amazing host. We accommodate are late arrival and early times of departure. He helped us find our way around town and recommended restaurants. The actual room was very comfortable and the facilities fab. There was a lovely community vibe to the place and we loved are short but very lovely time at Hostel Humanity. Would absolutely recommend.

From the moment that I arrived ,I met señorita Alba who was the most welcoming and helpful individual. My check in was flawless and I was in the condo apartment in 3 minutes. Miss Alba and her staff took the time to help me with everything , I was able to sit back relax and enjoy myself. The people at Vela's oceanfront condo were amazing , They were the most welcoming and helpful people that I've ever met on vacation ... Not only would I recommend anyone to go and stay there, But I plan on returning in the next few months and I've already talked with Miss Alba about this. In closing this review I would truly recommend this location to anybody traveling to Puerto Morales whether a couple or a family this is a perfect place to stay walking distance through the town. Just far enough away from Town center and feet from the ocean down a beautiful path lined with palms and flowers, to one of the most breathtaking views of the ocean as you walk down the path and out onto the beach and into the water.... I arrived very overwhelmed at this place because the truth is I didn't pay attention when I made the reservation, I just made sure it said: Puerto Morelos. It was difficult and expensive for me to get there because I didn't rent a car or reserve transportation. Big mistake! Please make sure to schedule your transportation in advance or rent a car. As soon as I arrived my frustration disappeared, not only because of the fantastic place, but because of the attention of its owners. Nedda and Dino made me feel welcome and supported me with their attention. I left the place feeling that I owed them much more than I paid. If your thing is an eco hotel in the middle of the tropical jungle, this is your place! Marvelous! I would have liked to be able to stay more days.

I love quesadillas at the breakfast

We had a 5 star experience with the preferred service at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly throughout the hotel. Several well designed swimming pool and beach experiences along with many activities, bars and clubs. Our rooms were large, clean and beautifully designed. We loved the outdoor jacuzzi and the privacy each room provided. The main buffet area food was excellent and several specialty restaurants around the resort are available, if desired. The hotel was exceptional in handling our request for room change. The room category assigned was incorrect however, when informed, the preferred manager Oscar and his team immediately rectified the situation, assisted with our luggage and provided us with a fantastic room which totally met our expectations. Oscar was very professional and kind and even provided a bottle of sparkling wine, fruit basket and kind note of apology. I felt very welcome at this resort and I would definitely return.

Best resort I have ever been to, the food was high quality and burn your mouth hot! The drinks were strong, pools, restaurants were spotless! Carlos at the front desk was an amazing help!

Right in the jungle! We heard amazing birds and the plants were spectacular . We visited two cenotes which were both amazing. The owners are super friendly and treated us like family. Roberto cooked us a delicious dinner one night. Can’t recommend this place enough

The property was clean, felt safe and the staff were pleasant.

We had the best time! My husband and I brought both sets of our parents for Christmas and then we stayed an extra week for New Years. The service of the staff at this hotel is incredible. Leo was a great bellman assisting with luggage, Alfonso was our favorite golf cart driver - making sure we got where we needed safely while showing us the wildlife. Isaac and Clemente were perfect bartenders at the casita pool, making sure we were always refreshed and chatting with us. Alfredo always made us feel welcome at Cabana pizza place and his partner Geramo. Miguel and Jairo did an amazing job at the Italian restaurant - so well we came back twice more and booked the wine room for a chefs dinner on New Year’s Eve! Memo prepared our chefs dinner and it was excellent! He is so passionate about what he does and it shows. We can’t wait to go back!

I don’t want to hear one bad review about this place. I have not one bad thing to say. The staff goes above and beyond, they are kind, friendly and very helpful. The rooms are so clean, the property is being constantly maintained. The beach is not the best, not very swimmable (there’s manmade sand bars in them for protection I presume), but that isn’t their fault it’s the location. Around the bend the waters are just different. Do your research if you want clear turquoise, it’s a different area. But the sand is well maintained and laying on the beach is still beautiful. They are serious about the adult pools, they will kick out anyone who isn’t of age. Which I actually appreciate even though I went with my teens. Is the food top tier? Not really but if you stick to Mexican it’s delicious. They are trying to satisfy tastes from all over the world. So be respectful and open minded and find something you like. Make your reservations for dinner as soon as you arrive or you will be eating buffet every night (which I didn’t mind). Overall I’m super happy with the time we spent there. Wendy was ace in helping us set up excursions. And Freddy didn’t even hesitate when we booked the wrong building away from our friends, to get us to the right spot. Great people. Great time.

The place is magnificent! All surrounding by the jungle. Very clean, comfortable, hot water and everything that you need for the comfortable stay . Dinner was fantastic and delicious for very affordable price. I spent nice time for reasonable price! I will definitely come again, thank you!
