NetherlandsThe staff was very communicative and helpful, both over chat and intercom. We arrived late and left early, and they were very helpful making sure we could still check in and out. The room was very comfortable with a good shower, nice bed and kitchenette. We would have gladly stayed longer if time had allowed.

We are happy to stay for 3 nights. Bed sheet, towel have good fresh smell, room is very tidy. I booked room for 3 person but have great family room, 2 bed room 4 beds, everything are well even the malfunction of the heater in bathroom. They have already fixed it on the next day for us.

Amazing Views with wonderful sunrises.
Perfect place for our family stay with our 5 Adults and 1 infant. There are 3 bedrooms/bathrooms, large bath and laundry with washer/dryer, house was very warm with the gas fireplace and heaters.
Very quiet location, 6 min drive from Fergs Burgers, it is up hills so you do need a car.
Good communication and our entry via the lockbox was easy.
Clean linen and towels provided, along with Free Wifi.

House was tidy, clean and well laid out. Perfect for a family with teenagers. Kitchen well equipped. Fireplace in living room kept us cosy. Fireplace was set when we arrived. Wonderful view of the snowcapped mountains from the dining table. Plenty of extra blankets supplied. Heaters available in bedrooms. Spa was amazing. House was dog friendly. Quiet neighbourhood. Located close to Wanaka and ski fields.

We love that our children were allowed to stay for free and we don’t have to book 2 rooms to accommodate all of us. We love the view of the lakeview room and the free parking outside the hotel. We ordered food from room service and their chicken pizza was so delicious. The rooms are clean and tidy and they provide really nice bathroom amenities. They also gave fresh milk to our kids free of charge. Overall our stay was really good, we would like to come back and stay here again.

Our family really enjoyed our stay with kids, rooms were perfect for our big family and kids really enjoy using pool facility after busy day exploring. Location was great and we daily walk by the lake. really enjoy our stay. Friendly staff.

Owners were very friendly and approachable. Lovely to have a chat to! Family studio was perfect for what we needed. Construction happening onsite directly across from our room but the owners were very honest and upfront in communicating this to us before we arrived. This was not an issue for us as we were out during the hours that they were working. Kids loved the little playground area. Close to everything. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere. Would stay here again.

Exactly as described. Great views over the lake and towards the mountains. Spacious and great for whole family to spread out. Excellent having 2.5 bath in the 3 bedder for a big family. Well equipped kitchen/laundry made setting up for a week as a foreigner easy! Lovely managers. Bus pick up for Remarkables just outside. We drove a Kia Carnival and it fit perfectly into garage. Loved having a fireplace. Easy and pretty walk into town. We would definitely recommend.
