Guest Houses in Cologne

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and its location was perfect—close to major attractions and well-connected to public transportation. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

I don't understand the bitching of some people about this place. It is perfect and incredibly good value. We were in the triple room and everything was great. The staff was really welcoming and made sure we always had everything in order like toilet paper, clean towels, etc. The shower was amazing, too. The S-Bahn is right around the corner and you can easily walk to the altstadt. Maybe the people who left a bad review were expecting Buckingham Palace, but for us, this place was excellent. Would stay again a million times.

Very friendly and everything absolutely clean. Quiet room heading towards the backyard. Shared bathroom, but hardly every occupied.

The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. They remembered our individual beverage preferences from day to day, and had them set at our table by the time we had gone through the buffet breakfast line. We liked their environmental choices and how it carried through everything they did. The beds and rooms were comfortable. The neighborhood has shopping nearby.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was small but it was chosen intentionally since I was a solo traveler, so it was quite okay. Only 8-10 mins walk to the station and about 20 mins to Köln Hbf where you can connect anywhere.

The hotel had an excellent location, right across from Cologne Messe/Deutz train station, and it was close to the magnificent Lanxess Arena, where we came to attend a concert. It was also very close to the city center of Cologne, and within about a 20-minute walk, you can reach the city center and the famous cathedral. The hotel was very clean, compact, and small, but perfectly adequate.
