Everything was perfect. Location 10/10 for Christmas markets, cafes and restaurants, literally downstairs. Easy instructions for key collection at the restaurant next door. Clean rooms. Mini bar stocked with chocolates water and coke, free of charge and a coffee machine. Room was toasty warm. I highly recommend staying here. *No elevator if mobility is an issue but overall 10/10. Book it, you won't be disappointed.

I booked a room with private bathroom and it was amazingly comfortable. View to the lovely street with so many trees. It is a well located place. It’s just like 5-7 minutes walking from Düsseldorf Hbf and that is great. And last but not least, Maria was exceptional in attention and details. She just heard my problematic air trip from Washington to Europe lol and helped me to outcome the day that I couldn’t spend at my room. She is Spanish and one of the loveliest girl that I’ve ever met.

Location is good, with short walking distance to bus stop. Room is not big but space is well-designed:) Breakfast is good and staff are very friendly and service-minded.

Small, very clean hotel. Nice comfortable, warm rooms. Has parking on the premises. Next to a park and river. Half an hours tram ride into town. Frequent trams. Excellent bakery near by.

Great location, very close to the Messe and train station Clean and well-maintained apartment. Warm, welcoming and helpful host. Comfortable interiors with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Smooth check-in and check-out process. Quiet surroundings, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

It's a lovely, quiet location to wind down and rest, especially since the event we attended, is very loud and busy. This was the 2nd time we stayed here and both times were very enjoyable.

Property cancelled the booking unexpectedly, fully prepaid and with no reason at all. So we ended up at 21:30 at the place, with a canceled, fully prepaid reservation. Tragedy.
