The host is very respectful, quick to reply, and very welcoming. The town lost power and we quickly got flashlights for the room making it very convenient. Access to clean water was great, nice shower/bathroom, and the beds were comfy. The place was very well maintained and cleaned at our arrival.

The property was beautiful! It has amazing lake views, the staff was very attentive and friendly, and the location was ideal (very easy to get around on a Tuk Tuk). We stayed here as a family of 4 and it was great! Definitely recommend for your next stay!

Perfect place for those seeking quiet and solitude. It’s a cozy two-story cabin with a kitchen, fridge, coffee machine, and great Wi-Fi. Just a 5–10 minutes walk along a narrow path to the San Pablo dock. The views are absolutely stunning, sunrise and volcanoes right from the cabin. I ended up extending my stay. Nicholas was super kind, helpful and responsive.

Traveling with my daughter in Guatemala and we both agree that staying at Lake Front Retreat at Los Elementos was a highlight of our vacation. The two bedroom accommodations provided plenty of room for two of us. The views from the porch are amazing and very relaxing. We also really enjoyed the town of Santa Cruz. We had wonderful food and everyone was very warm and welcoming. The owners and hosts of this property were great to work with and provided many great recommendations. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
