Quaint and clean. The breakfast room was exquisite beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious. The owners were helpful and friendly. Will stay again next trip to Blackpool

Location was great for the kids dance comp and walking distance to everything else. Owner greeted us and gave us some good info, everything was easy, family room was perfect best mattress I've ever slept on x

My stay at the Derby Hotel was brilliant from start to finish. Hosts could not do enough, even baked cakes and pastries when we returned from our daily excursions! Breakfast was first class with a choice of plate sizes and food choices. Nice that we always had the same table for our meals. Downstairs bar for residents was fabulous with great music. Already re-booked for next year, highly recommend, 5 stars all the way, thank you Ivan and Tim...

Competitive price, great location, lovely roon

Our stay in Clarendon Hotel has been exemplary nice and excellent with the service of Heidi and Matt making you feel home away from home. The room is basic but good and big enough to have a nice stay in Blackpool . Location is great and near to shops, restaurants and takeaways. You can use toasters and microwave oven and even they will offer you a welcome drinks. Wifi coverage is okay as well. Our stay has been great!

Good size of the room for the two of us (father and 14 yr old son). The bathroom was small but clean and functional, all we needed on this trip. The beds were good (one double and one single) and very comfortable. The bedsheets were clean. Nice touch to have a pool table and fusbol in the lounge area. Tea / coffee making facilities were good, only available in the lounge but that was no problem. Great breakfast place at 2 mins walk. The host lady was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble for her!

Bar food was excellent a mixed hot snack box very good price the staff was excellent making you feel welcome breakfast was also perfect location perfect

The cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in on a budget.

Amenities are what you’ll expect from a 3 star hotel, but the service is really good. The owners are really nice & go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The Avon host is so nice! He upgraded the room for us for free, also let me check out later at the checkout date which gave me a lot convenience! The room is clean and comfortable, and the location is very good, very close to Winter Gardens!

Everything the staff, the room and location.

The hotel is in a good location if you like to be around the tower area,. This is a good value hotel with clean tastefully decorated rooms, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was served between 8.30 and 9.30 which had a selection of fruit, juices and cereals, and a full English for a hot breakfast. The full English was really good, with no complaints there. Overall I would definitely stay here again.....

We stayed at Bradley’s Hotel for 1 night New Years Eve - very warm welcome from Lesley - room clean and bed comfortable - breakfast superb - we will most definitely return - great location for the tower and the Winter Gardens - easy to park at the end of the road - allowed 20 mins or so to unload in the loading area
