The location, and the room it’s amazing

Friendly and helpful owners. Well appointed and clean room very centrally located in the lovely town. Parking was not too far away and private for the accommodation. Juice, cookies water, coffee and tea all provided in the room. Wonderful restaurant below.

Amazing property just a few minutes from Pitigliano. Not much is open on Monday or before 1930 so plan accordingly. All facilities were well kept. Small things is that there are 4 small chairs that apparently flip into a miniature bed for people to use. This is not ok for me. Advertise as is with real beds and add that you can also fold up blankets and pile up pillows to make a fort for more people to stay but don't sell it as theses are beds. Host was very helpful and had some maintenance issues they worked around to get us all settled. Overall amazing location, host, facility etc.. I would stay here again. Great value as well!

Very large, clean and very nicely decorated apartment just steps away from the old town with fantastic view towards it from the windows. Great firm mattresses in both bedrooms. Interesting furniture that is very appropriate for the historic building like that. Efficient communication with the host on the day of arrival.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The staff was warm and welcoming, and letting us check in early made our day so much easier after traveling. The room felt fresh and pleasantly cool even without the air conditioning — such a comfort in the summer heat. And the location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the city, with everything within walking distance. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

I came across this place without any knowledge about it other than Booking's description and reviews. I guarantee that it exceeds every single aspect, from accommodation to amenities, from cleanliness to staff friendliness. Tiziana welcomed us in the parking and took us to the front door, provided every bit of information about Pitigliano, places to go, to eat, and even unusual trails around the town. Unforgettable experience, everything in the place seems to be brand new.

We were totally stunned by this beautiful house! Lorenzo, the host, has renovated part of the convent and created a lovely space to stay. We met Lorenzo to collect the key and he showed us around the house and recommended several places for us to eat in the evening. Pitigliano is a lovely old hilltop town and the house is close to the centre. The house has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We wish we could have stayed to enjoy it for longer. We were walking Coast to Coast when we stayed here and it was really one of the stand-out places we were lucky enough to stay in. Thank you Lorenzo.
