Our apartment is on the ground floor and has a ski stand and ski boot heater in the entrance. Of course, you can also use our large garden with a view of the beautiful mountains, including the Kitzsteinhorn. For all coffee drinkers: an Eduscho coffee capsule machine is available in the accommodation.

My mother and I live above the apartment and are always there for you when we’re at home! Whether you have questions about our apartment or about activities, we are happy to help and look forward to your visit.

Our apartment Sammer is located in the center of the municipality and is only 10 minutes by car from the Kitzsteinhorn. The ski bus runs almost directly in front of the front door (approx. two minutes' 100m walk) to all the mountains in Pinzgau (Kitzsteinhorn, Schmitten, Saalbach-Hinterglem etc.). A grocery store, a bakery and a ski rental are 150m from the property. The famous Tauern Spa Kaprun is 3.5 km away and can therefore also be reached in a few minutes by car. You can travel all over the Pinzgau with the local train, the train stop for this is 250m away. To end the evening, there are also various restaurants just 100m away (pizzeria, etc.)
