Great view to Kaprun and the surrounded mountains (glacier Kitzsteinhorn and Maiskogel). Sunny location, quiet and in a view minutes your are in Zell am See and Kaprun. Enough possibilites for a walk directly from the house. 800 metres above sea level. House with heated Swimming Pool (sommer) and Sauna (winter).
