Meet Johanna and Andreas, the young third generation of hosts at Pension Mayerhofer. In our daily life, most tasks are shared: handling bookings, office work, preparing breakfast, getting the rooms ready, gardening, or shopping. Working together simply makes everything run smoother – even though each of us has our own strengths and special responsibilities. Johanna Always in a good mood, Johanna has a wonderful ability to put a smile on people’s faces within seconds. With her great eye for detail, she makes sure that our guests feel comfortable and truly welcome from the moment they arrive. Her creativity, energy, and sometimes a slightly different perspective bring fresh ideas and a lively spirit into the house. Her real talent shines when it comes to baking – cakes, desserts, and vegetarian dishes are definitely her specialty. She also loves decorating, arranging flowers, occasionally rearranging furniture, or quickly sewing new cushion covers. And somehow she always keeps an eye on the time as well – just to make sure Andi doesn’t start creating too much chaos. In the mornings he is usually the first one up – often before most guests have even started their day. Whether it’s preparing breakfast, fixing small things around the house, working in the garden, or helping wherever needed, he is always ready to lend a hand. His greatest passion, however, is the kitchen – after all, it’s what he trained for. With a real love for cooking, he enjoys creating delicious dishes and memorable moments for our guests.
