Guests will find charming heritage details throughout, including ornate Italianate plaster ceilings, fluted pilasters and classical dentil mouldings, reflecting strong Greek Revival and Neoclassical influences. These character features give the apartments a distinctive sense of history and place within the city. The property offers five suites in total, consisting of four apartments and one studio, each with its own personality and layout. Two of the suites are spacious two-bedroom apartments, featuring generous living areas, kitchens, bathrooms with spa baths and laundry facilities. One includes an additional living space with sofa bed, while another enjoys views over the bustling Malop and Moorabool Street intersection. Two further suites are three-bedroom apartments, ideal for families or groups. These feature multiple bedrooms, open living and dining areas and beautiful architectural details. The fifth suite is a compact heritage studio, offering a cosy stay with original classical door frames, a queen bed, lounge chair, bar fridge and private ensuite. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the heritage building and central CBD location, noise levels from surrounding nightlife and street activity can be noticeable, particularly on weekend evenings. Light sleepers may wish to bring earplugs. Parking: Each suite includes one complimentary parking space located in an open car park adjacent to the building entrance.
