Briars Cottage is perfectly positioned between Daylesford and Hepburn Springs, so no matter whether you are looking for a leisurely stroll around the lake, a quiet lunch at the Convent or a day of treatment, we are just a stone throws away. And after exploring everything that this area has to offer, kick back on the back deck, with secluded views of Doctors Gully or immerse yourself in the relaxing spa sipping champagne. After all this activity, the cottage has been lovingly set up to make you feel so relaxed and comfortable, where you can watch the many supplied DVD’s, or curl up with a good book. Briars Cottage has it all and more.
We have been married for over 20 years and have two gorgeous boys. We discovered Daylesford around 16 years ago and immediately fell in love with this little slice of heaven. We wanted to share our love of this region so decided to buy a cottage which we named Briars Cottage because of the rustic bush right outside our back door. We also recently acquired the cottage next door which we have called Briars Loft.
We love the Daylesford Region, there is just so much to do and see. One of our favourite things to do is have brunch at one of the many fabulous cafés in the area. We also love the farmers' markets and wandering around the many galleries and of course the Mill Market.
