Butmaroo Station is situated in its own sheltered picturesque valley with Butmaroo Creek running through the entire property with Tallaganda National Park on the southern boundary. Butmaroo is perfect for guests who love to connect to nature or just need a place to relax and unwind. It is an ideal venue for family get togethers, groups of friends, a small conference or even a couple that wants a very special place to connect.
We can help you connect to cafes, pubs, restaurants, wineries, bike trails and many other wonderful things to do in the area, As Butmaroo is a working farm there is always one of our family members or employees available if you are in need of assistance.
Situated in the popular Bungendore district, 15kms from the historical Bungendore village, 48kms Canberra and approx 40 mins to Canberra International Airport, and 285kms from Sydney via the Hume Highway Butmaroo Station is a 3000 acre cattle and sheep farm. While it is predominantly pastoral it has a lovely balance of native bush and waterways. The southern end of the farm is bounded by the National Park.
