Sleeping up to 8 guests, this three-level home features three separate living areas, ideal for two families or groups. The top level includes a master bedroom with walk-in robe, ensuite with double shower, a spacious lounge with 42" plasma TV, and access to both front and rear balconies. The street-level middle floor includes a second living space, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two more bedrooms (queen + bunks), a spa bathroom, powder room, and a large balcony with outdoor setting and gas BBQ. Downstairs is a rumpus room, laundry, and patio with additional outdoor seating. Enjoy reverse cycle heating/cooling, free Wi-Fi, board games, books, DVDs, and a hot/cold outdoor shower.
